Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan organize and execute marketing events (e.g seminar, workshop, training, trade show, etc)
• Determine event budget and manage expenses to the planned budget
• Work closely with vendors for event collaboration
• Support and execution of marketing related administration and reports
• Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marcom or Event management, preferably with related industry (Cybersecurity / IT security related)
• Possess good project management skills and able to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in design software (photoshop or illustrator) will be an advantage
• Proficient in English and has strong communication and presentation skills
