Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management & Design:
- Redesign and maintain our website using WordPress + Elementor (UI/UX improvements, functionality updates).
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and intuitive navigation.
2. Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and publish SEO-optimized articles (legal industry focus).
- Research keywords, track rankings (Google Analytics/Search Console), and implement on-page SEO.
3. Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional video blogs (talking heads, explainer videos, interviews).
- Manage post-production: colour grading, sound mixing, captions (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro).
4. Social Media Strategy:
- Launch and maintain a video blog series across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Repurpose content into snippets/reels to maximize reach.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in WordPress + Elementor (theme customization, plugin management).
- Proficiency in video production: shooting (DSLR/mirrorless), editing (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve), and lighting/sound setup.
- Strong SEO knowledge: keyword research, meta tags, backlinking strategies.
Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) for thumbnails/banners.
Soft Skills:
- Creative storytelling with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to simplify complex legal topics for public audiences.
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines and propose fresh ideas.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with paid social ads (Facebook/Google Ads).
- Knowledge of legal industry trends (for content relevance).
