Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive supports the execution of regional marketing initiatives across APAC, including marketing communications, trade marketing activities, exhibitions and marketing operations. The role works closely with the sales team and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and activities that support business growth.

Job Description:
. Assist in the development and production of marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, presentations and digital content
. Coordinate with internal teams, designers and vendors for marketing collateral production
. Support trade marketing activities and provide marketing materials for distributors and sales teams
. Coordinate in exhibitions, trade shows and marketing events
. Manage logistics for exhibition materials, booth graphics and product displays
. Support website updates and social media content when required
. Maintain marketing assets and product materials library
. Assist in vendor coordination, quotations and marketing project follow up
. Manage and track marketing requests from regional sales teams
. Perform other marketing related duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,Communications or a related field
. 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or trade marketing
. Experience managing corporate social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) and supporting website content updates.
. Experience supporting exhibitions, events or trade shows is an advantage
. Familiarity with B2B marketing or distributor based industries is preferred
. Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop will be an advantage
. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
