Job Description

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing and communications initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional plans to support organizational goals across products, services, and business units.
  • Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across above-the-line and below-the-line channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and on-ground activations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, media kits, and promotional materials.
  • Support creative development including e-newsletters, digital content, advertisements, and internal display channels.
  • Manage and update digital platforms including websites, microsites, mobile apps, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies and campaigns, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Support search marketing efforts and collaborate with external agencies to improve online presence and visibility.
  • Assist in managing marketing assets such as media libraries, photography, videography, and creative resources.
  • Support PR and media relations activities including press releases, media outreach, partnerships, and event coverage.
  • Coordinate and support events, activations, and collaborations (e.g., influencers, partners, sponsors).
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with external stakeholders such as brands, financial institutions, media platforms, and industry associations for joint promotions.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation across owned and third-party platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and growing customer databases and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at internal and external events when required.
