Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the consolidation of marketing project applications and post-campaign results across global markets, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to project timelines.

  • Gather and synthesize marketing campaign outcomes, including product launches, IP collaborations, social media activations, and grand openings to identify key success factors and scalable models.

  • Perform data consolidation and preliminary analysis on social, sales, and campaign metrics to produce clear visualizations and summary reports.

  • Consolidate annual marketing plans across markets by organizing Q1-Q4 strategic focuses, budget overviews, and core themes to support global headquarters strategic planning.

  • Develop high-impact bilingual presentations and internal reports by synthesizing case studies and optimizing data structures to enhance clarity and professional standards.

  • Liaise with international marketing stakeholders to manage data requests, ensuring accurate information flow and timely collection of required documentation

  • Research regional F&B market trends, partnership case studies, and media landscapes to curate comprehensive internal reference materials.

  • Execute cross-functional or cross-market projects, such as brand partnerships and event logistics and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by the department.

Requirements:

  • Detail-Oriented with High Organizational Skills: Manage multi-country datasets and diverse document formats with a strong focus on detail and timeline management.

  • Possess logical reasoning and foundational analytical skills: Extract key insights from data to identify trends and highlights, moving beyond simple data entry to provide meaningful synthesis.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity: Collaborate with teams across diverse countries, with strong understanding or background of regional market dynamics and cultural differences.

  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility: Track project progress independently and proactively follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain resilience under pressure and demonstrate exceptional multitasking capabilities: Manage multiple project applications and planning schedules simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (1-3 years of relevant experience preferred).

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint for professional presentation and data reporting.

  • Strong English communication skills including the ability to draft business emails, develop presentation materials, and effectively collaborate with international stakeholders. Language proficiency in other languages may be considered an added advantage where relevant to the role.

  • Prior experience within international brands or the chain-store industry (F&B or retail) is highly advantageous. Possessing graphic design knowledge or related skillset is also a plus.
