Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support multi-brand growth across our aesthetic, skincare, and hair businesses. This role focuses on KOL partnerships, Public Relations coordination, and campaign execution, working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1.KOL & Influencer Management
◦ Identify, source, and manage KOLs across Singapore and regional markets
◦ Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand positioning
◦ Handle outreach, negotiations, briefing, and deliverables tracking
◦ Ensure content meets brand standards and drives engagement + leads
◦ Track ROI of KOL campaigns (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue impact)
2. Public Relations & Brand Communications
◦ Coordinate with public relations agencies, media, and partners for brand features and coverage
◦ Assist in press releases, brand storytelling, and founder narratives
◦ Manage media gifting, event invites, and press relationships
◦ Support brand positioning across all communication channels
3. Campaign Execution
◦ Support monthly campaign rollouts across all brands
◦ Ensure alignment between KOL, public relations, ads, and in-store promotions
◦ Work with designers and content teams to execute campaign assets
◦ Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms
4. Content & Social Support
◦ Coordinate content shoots with KOLs, doctors, and outlets
◦ Assist in planning content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
◦ Ensure content is optimized for performance(engagement + conversion)
5. Market Research & Trend Monitoring
◦ Track competitor campaigns, influencer strategies, and pricing trends
◦ Identify new KOLs, platforms, and content formats that can scale growth
◦ Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track and report on:
◦ KOL campaign performance
◦ Public relations coverage and media value
◦ Campaign results (leads, engagement, revenue impact)
◦ Provide actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
◦ Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
◦ Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, public relations, social media, digital marketing, or digital advertising, either in-house or within an agency environment.
◦ Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
◦ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, including experience in influencer identification, engagement, and management.
◦ Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
◦ Prior experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
