Job Description

About the Role

We're a growing brand and currently looking for a sharp Marketing Executive who can move fast across creative and operational work. You'll be the engine behind our social media presence to produce 2 carousels a week while also managing the backend: email campaigns, WhatsApp automations across our key verticals, and CRM workflows that keep our audience engaged and converting.

This is not a siloed role. You'll ideate campaigns, design assets, write copy, fact-check AI-generated blog content, schedule and analyse performance, and help shape strategy. If you're someone who thrives with autonomy and can context-switch between Canva and a campaign brief, read on.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Design and produce social media carousels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Build and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and ad post interactions on Facebook and Instagram
  • Write copy in both English and Mandarin for product captions, carousel text, blog articles, and ad copy
  • Monitor social trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor content to inform strategy
  • Create static and video assets: graphics, short-form video clips, branded templates

Email Marketing & CRM Automation

  • Plan, write, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows across key verticals (e.g. welcome sequences, re-engagement, post-purchase follow-ups)
  • Maintain and segment the CRM database to ensure targeting is accurate and lists are clean
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics — optimise based on data

Campaigns & Strategy

  • Ideate and pitch new campaign concepts to differentiate the brand and attract new followers
  • Launch paid and organic campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Research and flag risks in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads); support optimisation
  • Produce marketing collateral: brochures, landing pages, ads, and promotional materials
  • Write and publish SEO-optimised blog articles to drive organic traffic and product awareness
  • Review AI-generated blog drafts for factual accuracy
  • Liaise with vendors, external agencies, or offshore team members on a project basis

Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce regular performance reports across social, email, and paid channels
  • Translate data into clear insights and next-step recommendations
  • Manage and maintain marketing tools and software used by the team

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Proficient in Canva and at least one Adobe product
  • Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp Business, CRM, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Understanding of SEO basics for blog and landing page content
