Job Description
- Manage and update official social media platforms and websites
- Copywriting for social media, website, articles
- Brainstorm and propose new promotional strategies to boost brand image and awareness
- Prepare press releases for announcements
- Manage community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders
- Manage digital promotion such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release
- Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
- Willingness to learn in order to boost promotion of the brand and product
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative independently
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
Good to Have
- Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
