Role Overview
You will be the first dedicated marketing hire at ELSA, responsible for building our brand visibility among B2B clients in sectors like Oil & Gas, Data Centres, and Commercial Buildings. You will work closely with our engineering team to promote our proprietary leak dectection technology.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create technical brochures, product one-pagers, and case studies that explain the value of features like our Fail-Safe Loop-Back and real-time remote monitoring.
- Digital Presence: Manage the official website and LinkedIn page to showcase new product launches and industrial applications.
- Lead Generation: Support the sales team by identifying potential B2B partners and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute ELSA's participation in industrial trade shows and exhibitions in Singapore and the region.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends in Smart City infrastructure and IoT to position ELSA as a market leader.
Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business. A minor or interest in Engineering is a significant advantage.
- B2B Focused: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to professional audiences (Facility Managers, Engineers, Consultants).
- Design Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to create professional marketing collateral.
- Proactive Attitude: Since this is a new position, you must be comfortable working independently and setting up new marketing processes.
