Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to spearhead innovative marketing campaigns and enhance customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to shape overall marketing strategies, events, reports, and budgets. Drive lead generation strategies to enhance both online and offline outreach. Oversee day-to-day marketing activities including ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), events, and partnerships. Track, analyze, and adjust results from all activations and projects to refine future campaigns. Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, expenditures, and outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Business or Marketing. At least 3 years of experience in brand management. Experience in a luxury brand environment is preferred. Proven success in developing and executing B2C marketing campaigns and events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration across teams. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing best practices. Understanding of the performance marketing funnel and direct-to-consumer strategies. Proficiency in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with agency management. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
