Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to DMs/comments
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights
Livestream Hosting & Operations
- Assist to host livestreams (e.g. TikTok Live / Shopee Live / IG Live) to showcase products, answer questions, and drive sales
- Prepare livestream scripts, product highlights, and talking points
- Coordinate setup (lighting, audio, product display) and troubleshoot basic tech issues during streams
Content Creation
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels/TikTok)Create visuals for campaigns, ads, and social posts
- Assist in influencer collaborations and UGC coordination
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Conduct competitor research and trend scouting
- Support ecommerce activities such as listing updates, product descriptions, and reviews monitoring
Requirements
- Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
- Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting livestreams confidently
- Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends, algorithms, and user behaviour
- Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Bonus: Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify)
