Job Summary
You will execute and optimize marketing strategies through targeted campaigns, driving measurable engagement and brand growth. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and media partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support franchise development and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to achieve strategic business goals and enhance brand presence
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to document results and guide continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct market research using surveys and focus group discussions to gather actionable insights on target audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns
- Create compelling bilingual marketing collaterals and blogs in English and Chinese to engage diverse audiences, supporting brand communication needs
- Produce video content for marketing and branding purposes
- Implement brand initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen brand identity and increase customer engagement
- Provide marketing support to the franchise manager by addressing franchisees marketing needs and driving franchise growth
- Manage time effectively to accommodate work during weekends and evenings as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communications
- Experience in the education industry is advantageous
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret market data and support decision-making
- Exhibit a positive, proactive, and solutions-driven working attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written), interpersonal skills, and people management capabilities
- Show high initiative, passion, results orientation, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese languages to produce bilingual marketing content and communications, supporting effective engagement with diverse audiences
