Marketing Executive / F&B industry (S-C)

- Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Execution

- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content).

- Independently manage the marketing content calendar to meet tight deadlines.

- Run basic digital advertising (e.g., social media ads) to drive traffic.

- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's brand vision and sales targets.

- Create visually appealing content aligned with the brand.

- Handle administrative tasks and provide on-ground support for marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns to ensure smooth daily operations of the marketing department.

Critical Requirements

- Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

- Proactively anticipate needs and suggest solutions under pressure.

- Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma

- Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, Mailchimp) and social media management.

- Strong command of written and spoken English ability to write creative and engaging marketing content.

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or F&B industry preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Resourceful, creative, and a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
