Job Description
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content
- Shoot and edit vertical videos
- Structure content using Hook Core Message CTA
- Support content calendar planning
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Assist in preparing creatives for marketing campaigns
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences on social platforms.
- Track social media analytics and generate insights for improvement.
- Run social listening to capture brand sentiment and opportunities.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance provide actionable recommendations.
- Generate reports for management on content performance, trends, and ROI.
- Maintain dashboards for ongoing campaign and social media tracking.
- Help streamline content creation workflows and digital asset management.
- Identify new tools, platforms, or methods to improve marketing efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience in video shooting and editing
- Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Understanding of different platform styles and formats (XHS, TikTok, IG & Youtube Shorts)
- Organised, proactive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being comfortable appearing on camera occasionally would be an advantage.
- Willing to work overtime during critical periods as and when required
- Able to complete tasks within deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good problem solving skill and negotiation skill
- Result orientated in a fast pace and multi-task environment
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs after office hours
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- 6 working days per week
