Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of training workshops, seminars, and exhibitions, as well as customer engagement and sales support activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working across departments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset are highly valued.
Job Scope / Responsibilities
1. Event & Training Coordination
Support the planning and execution of training courses, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions
Coordinate with internal departments on course topics, schedules, and arrangements
Assist in gathering customer feedback to understand training needs and interests
Coordinate event logistics including venue, speakers, materials, and setup
Prepare and design invitation content (e.g. flyers, email content)
Manage and maintain event sites on the backend
Assist in event promotion and manage registrations
Track registrations and support payment follow-ups where required
Provide on-site support during events, including basic hosting/emcee duties when required
2. CRM & Lead Administration
Maintain and update incoming leads in the CRM system
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, or other channels, and direct them accordingly
Assist in tracking leads and opportunities to support the sales pipeline
3. Sales Support
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on enquiries
Provide administrative support for sales-related activities
4. Ad Hoc Duties
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Prior experience in marketing, events, or administrative roles preferred
Good organizational, time management skills, able to work independently and follow through tasks with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling administrative tasks such as registration tracking, payment follow-ups, and documentation
Able to work collaboratively across departments and support the sales team in quotation and coordination activities when required
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Good customer service and interpersonal skills will be an added advantage
