Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in executing day-to-day tasks and coordinating various projects and activities. The ideal candidate will assist in both traditional and digital marketing efforts, ensuring smooth project delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members with daily marketing tasks and activities.
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timely execution.
- Support the production of artwork, including sourcing images and managing print buying.
- Proofread and check marketing copy for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with our video game titles and partnerships.
- Manage printing, collation, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts by conceptualizing ad assets and ad copy.
- Handle various marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3 years as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
