Sales-Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in Indonesia for Silica Sand. With a strong presence across key global markets , we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and service to our clients in the glass, solar industries etc. Need to stay in the mine in Indonesia to co-operate with the mine engineer and assess the quality control.
Position: Sales-Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales-Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the commodity trading sector in India and South East Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients in India and South East Asia key markets.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with contractual and pricing policies.
- Stay in the mine and work closely with the Mine Engineer.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales process.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the commodity trading industry in Silica products, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supply chain process.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Fluency in English proficiency in Mandarin, Bhasha Indonesia is an advantage due to client base diversity.
