Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's digital platforms, including social media channels
  • Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including copy, images, and videos
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, lead generation), and recommend improvements
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Support membership drives, promotional offers, and product or menu launches
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign roll-out across outlets or locations
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports on effectiveness and return on investment
  • Develop marketing materials, including digital content and print collaterals (e.g. posters, menus, promotional materials)
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors where required
  • Support collaborations with influencers, partners, and corporate clients
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities
  • Provide on-site support during events, launches, and campaigns
  • Contribute to community engagement initiatives to enhance brand presence
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through marketing activities
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support conversion and revenue targets
  • Assist in the execution of in-store or on-site promotions and initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
  • Gather and evaluate customer insights to support marketing strategies
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Any other duties as directed

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (candidates from F&B, retail, fitness, or lifestyle industries preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness sectors is advantageous
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Basic design and content creation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Analytical and results-driven, with a good understanding of marketing metrics
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel between outlets or locations where necessary
