Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer who is passionate about creative marketing, enjoys problem-solving and is excited to contribute to improving systems and driving impactful results across a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Marketing Collateral Design

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, point-of-sale (POS) displays, posters, and promotional materials for product launches and monthly campaigns.

  • Develop product write-ups for both new and existing products.

  • Ensure all printed and promotional materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

  • Perform graphic design work involving layout, typography, and branding.

2. Digital & Website Visual Design

  • Create digital assets for websites, including promotional banners, category visuals, and pop-up graphics.

  • Design engaging visuals for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

  • Ensure all digital assets are optimized for online performance and user engagement.

3. Packaging & Print Design

  • Design and update product packaging and labels for new and existing products.

  • Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, labels, banners, and other marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with printers for production, reprints, and quality checks.

  • Design large-format visuals such as PVC banners and standees for retail outlets.

4. Multimedia Content Creation

  • Assist in planning and creating social media content ideas.

  • Support video production, including basic filming and editing for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok).

  • Conduct product photography and image editing for digital marketing use.

5. Retail & Visual Merchandising Support

  • Design in-store promotional materials and visual merchandising assets.

  • Support retail outlets in maintaining strong and consistent brand presentation.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of visual branding across all stores.

Job Requirements :

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.

  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a similar creative role.

  3. Strong design sense with good understanding of layout, typography, branding and visual composition.

  4. Basic knowledge of social media content creation and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  5. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  6. Strong time management skills and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  7. Good communication skills and willingness to support cross-department needs.

  8. Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.
