We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team! This role offers you the opportunity to work on exciting livestream and UGC (user-generated content) projects, sharpen your skills, and play a key part in the success of our creative team.

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with livestream hosts in-store
- Developing product and pricing strategies in collaboration with buyers
- Coordinating product sponsorships, creator partnerships, and video quality vetting
- Monitoring performance to identify suitable products, live hosts, and creators for Challenger
- Building and training in-house livestream hosts in the long run
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, livestreaming, or e-commerce preferred (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and livestream commerce), and user-generated content (UGC)
- Good coordination and project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with livestream hosts, creators, and internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations
- Creative thinker with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality livestream and video content
- Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced retail and digital marketing environment
