Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and surveys to gather insights on customer demand and product trends
- Analyse data and prepare reports and presentations on market performance and opportunities
- Support monthly reporting and data consolidation for management review
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and edit product demo videos
- Translate English marketing materials to Chinese for China market
- Assist in planning and executing regional product launches
- Maintain and organise product and supplier databases
- Support pre-launch activities including sample management and product phase-in/phase-out processes
- Create marketing support materials including instruction manuals, packaging, and PR-related content
- Coordinate monthly production forecasts with factories
- Assist in organising seminars, product meetings, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or sales support, including internal and external promotional activities
- Must have experience in 2D designs and video editing
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to translate marketing materials from English to Chinese for the China market
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Well-organised with strong planning and coordination abilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
