Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Market Research & Analysis: Analyzing competitor activity, buyer demographics, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

. Specifier Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with architects, consultants, and other key specifiers to encourage product adoption and secure specifications for projects.

. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Developing and executing integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing, events, and collateral, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

. Technical Presentations: Conducting presentations and training sessions to educate specifiers and other stakeholders about products and their technical features.

. Collaboration: Working with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Sales, Corporate Communications) and external partners (e.g., advertising agencies) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns against targets to identify areas for improvement.

Essential Skills

. Marketing & Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of marketing principles and knowledge of technical product specifications relevant to the industry.

. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to understand market dynamics and campaign performance.

. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication,

presentation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with specifiers and stakeholders.

. Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to engage target audiences.

. Organizational Skills: Proficiency in planning and executing marketing calendars and events.

Educational Background

. A degree in marketing, business management, or communications is often preferred.

Specialized certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing can provide a competitive advantage.
