Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive at Beep, you will work directly under the Marketing Head, driving our brand presence and campaign execution. You'll be hands-on in creating content, managing social channels, collaborating with influencers and merchants, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate marketing output.

Key Responsibilities
. Manage and grow Beep's social media presence across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
. Craft engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
. Design visuals (Illustrator/Photoshop) and edit short-form videos for digital channels.
. Work with influencers, creators, and partners to expand Beep's brand reach.
. Use AI tools to assist in generating content, visuals, and campaign concepts.
. Support in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including collaboration campaigns with merchants.
. Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven suggestions.
. Stay on top of consumer and digital trends to keep Beep's marketing fresh and competitive.
. Contribute ideas to overall brand and marketing strategy.
Requirements
. Minimum 1.5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and social media best practices.
. Good understanding of copywriting and storytelling.
. Proficient in design tools (Illustrator/Photoshop) and basic video editing.
. Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
. Strong team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice-to-Have
. Familiarity with performance marketing / ad campaign management.
. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or basic web editing (WordPress).
. Interest in startups, retail, or fintech.
