Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing activities, brand promotion, social media operations and e-commerce marketing for the Beauty & Personal Care business.
The role will support brand visibility, customer engagement and market performance through the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Develop and manage social media content and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support e-commerce operations, including product promotions and online marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing and sales activities for the Beauty & Personal Care business.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant market trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers, business partners and internal teams on marketing, promotional and e-commerce matters.
- Communicate with customers and business partners in English and Mandarin where these languages are used for business communications relating to marketing, customer coordination and e-commerce matters.
- Complete assigned marketing tasks and projects reliably and in accordance with business requirements.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in brand marketing, brand sales, digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin are required because the role involves regular business communication in these languages with customers and business partners on marketing, customer coordination and e-commerce matters.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing or sales within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, health & beauty or FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce and online promotional activities.
- Good execution and organisational skills.
