Job Summary
Support marketing efforts to promote training courses by planning campaigns, creating content, designing materials, conducting research, and coordinating events to drive enrolment and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and enrolment for training courses and services
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms and the company website to attract target audiences
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, brochures, and email campaigns to support promotional activities
- Support lead generation initiatives by collaborating with sales to meet course enrolment targets
- Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance to optimise marketing strategies
- Organise and coordinate webinars, seminars, roadshows, and corporate events to engage clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
- Prepare detailed marketing reports and maintain accurate marketing databases for performance tracking
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to develop reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Assist in creating marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools to enhance visual appeal
- Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are encouraged to apply
