Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Conduct promotional briefings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Act as the main liaison between CAG and frontline staff, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Perform comprehensive market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform strategy.
• Proactively identify and engage potential partners for collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness through various performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate closely with India market partners-including banks, credit card companies, airlines, payment gateways, e-wallets, and travel agencies-to drive store footfall.
• Develop creative briefs for internal and/or external agencies to produce marketing materials.
• Oversee invoicing, contract management, and budget tracking.
• Provide administrative support for Omni-Channel marketing initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Spirits & Wine Retail or Travel Retail sectors is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dedicated and dynamic team.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and well-developed organizational skills.
• Capable of critical thinking while also demonstrating creativity in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a responsive and positive attitude.
• Aesthetic sensibility and a flair for content writing are considered a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable about digital and social media platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
