1. Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish ready-made content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage daily outreach and respond to inbound messages across platforms
- Engage with leads through DMs and comments in a timely manner
2. Lead Management and Nurturing
- Capture and route all incoming leads into the email nurturing system
- Manage email sequences and newsletters
3. Video Production Coordination
- Coordinate with team for video production
- Coordinate with external editor to edit short form videos
- Optimise videos for engagement and platform algorithms
4. Campaign and Event Coordination
- Support digital campaigns to drive sign ups for webinars and events
- Coordinate with team to track attendance and improve conversion rates
5. Paid Advertising
- Set up and manage adhoc Facebook advertising campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimise based on results
- Work with team to align ads with overall marketing strategy
Requirements
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong communication skills, both written and conversational
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with CRM or email marketing tools
