We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Marketing Executive to support the growth of our masstige beauty portfolio across multiple channels. This role will take on ownership of executing brand strategies and driving consumer engagement to grow market share whilst working closely with sales and key retail partners to drive channel growth and sellout performance across online (via key E-Commere platforms) and offline (via our MBS accounts including Sephora and modern trade).
1. Product & Portfolio Management
Manage product assortment, lifecycle planning, and SKU optimisation to support brand growth and productivity.
Support new product launches through planning, forecasting, pricing, and market execution.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
2. Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.
Adapt regional or global brand strategies to suit local market needs.
Manage campaign timelines and ensure alignment across channels.
3. Trade Marketing & Retail Excellence
Develop in-store activation plans to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
Partner with retail accounts to support joint business initiatives and growth plans.
Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement actions where needed.
4. Digital, Social & E-commerce
Plan and execute digital campaigns, including social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media.
Work with e-commerce platforms to improve traffic, conversion, and campaign results.
Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
Support development of localised content to improve market relevance.
Coordinate with external agencies on campaign planning and budget management.
5. Public Relations and Influencer Support
Work with agencies and specialists to identify suitable influencers and organise brand events or activations.
Manage event budgets and vendor negotiations to maximise return on investment.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
6. Performance Analysis & Business Insights
Analyse sales data, campaign outcomes, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Track and report key performance indicators regularly.
Present business updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
7. Stakeholder & Agency Management
Manage relationships with agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, supply chain, finance, and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, FMCG, or retail industries.
Experience in product management, influencer marketing, and digital campaign execution.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective stakeholder management abilities.
