Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant brand, products, and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and interacting with followers.
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce marketing materials such as posters, menus, banners, and digital ads.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and F&B industry developments.
  • Support promotional events and collaborations with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact.
  • Assist in loyalty programs, CRM, and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer retention.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and outlets.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and basic SEO/SEM.
  • Creative mindset with good copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
