Responsibilities:

• Leverage your Marketing experience to create captivating and appealing coffee product displays that entice customers and drive sales in our retail locations.
• Analyze market, competition, consumer behavior for opportunities & marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with store stuffs and visual merchandisers to ensure our coffee products are shown effectively, creating a delightful in-store shopping experience.
• Plan and execute result-oriented retail marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity, driving foot traffic and brand recognition.
• Manage our social media accounts, crafting engaging content that resonates with our coffee-loving community and attracts new customers. Manage the creation and production of marketing content both online and off-line.
• Monitor social media performance, track user engagement, and analyze data to make informed decisions that optimize our online presence.
• Bring your coffee expertise to the table by sharing insights into coffee trends, preferences, and opportunities to improve our product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement online marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, online advertising, and influence partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels, strengthening our brand identity.
• Assist in organizing and participating in coffee events, and promotions to further engage with coffee enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience, with a keen eye for merchandise presentation and display techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail and online marketing, with the ability to manage social media accounts effectively.
• Strong creative and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling content that resonate with our target audience.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and digital marketing tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects.
