Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence
- Manage and update content across the company's website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu)
- Support the development and execution of marketing materials, including copywriting, visuals, and campaign assets
- Conduct market and competitor research, and compile insights into structured reports
- Coordinate video and photo shoots, and create engaging digital content
- Publish and promote content on social media platforms, monitor engagement (e.g., likes, shares, comments), and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
- Provide consultation to prospective students and parents on study options in Singapore, guiding them through the enrolment process
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and support conversion into enrolments
- Contribute to achieving marketing and sales targets/KPIs
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Exposure to sales, customer engagement, or lead conversion is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
- Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) are a plus
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- A team player who can also work independently when required
- Proactive, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
