Job Description

At Ayam Brand, we believe in Made with Care, Shared with Love. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive who takes strong ownership of execution, communicates effectively.

This role is suited for someone who combines strong execution skills with independent thinking – someone with a keen eye for detail who can identify better ways to run campaigns, drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., social media, content, events, partnerships).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign rollouts.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance and optimise based on insights and KPIs.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.

2. Consumer Events & Brand Activation

  • Conceptualise and execute consumer-facing events and activations that promote the usage of Ayam Brand products (e.g., cooking demos, sampling events, workshops, collaborations).
  • Manage end-to-end event planning including ideation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Work with partners, influencers, and communities to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track event performance and derive insights to improve future activations.

3. Digital Assets & Creative Coordination

  • Support the development of digital marketing assets (e.g., online banners, e-commerce visuals) in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Prepare clear briefs and ensure assets are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Review and provide input on creatives to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.

4. Customer Feedback & Community Management

Work with digital agency to monitor and manage customer feedback across channels (e.g., social media, email, website), ensuring timely, professional, and brand-aligned responses to customer enquiries and concerns.

  • Work with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance overall customer experience.

5. Packaging Updates & Label Compliance

  • Assist in managing packaging updates in line with brand and market requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring all product labels are accurate and compliant with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in FMCG or consumer marketing, candidates with more extensive experience and a strong track record of ownership and execution will be considered.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
  • Strong experience in operational execution. Specific campaign execution and on-ground activations/events execution is a plus.
  • Experience in customer engagement, community management, or handling consumer feedback is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital asset creation and working with creative teams.
  • Experience in packaging development and/or regulatory work is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with tools such as MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
