About the role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and support the execution of key marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for the beauty industry, digital marketing trends, and brand storytelling. The role involves supporting digital campaigns, managing updates for pre-order platforms, and assisting with events and campaign launches.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Analytics
- Retrieve, compile, and manage data for the online product library, including maintaining and updating digital platforms on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with translation agencies to align communication materials, including liaising with regional teams for proofreading and localization.
- Analyze sales data and prepare monthly reports for management review, including product category performance insights.
Digital Activations
- Coordinate the launch of new digital sites, including performing comprehensive checks on test platforms prior to go-live.
- Maintain and update the digital marketing calendar according to key product launches and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Integrated Marketing corporate teams to execute online-to-offline campaigns that enhance consumer engagement and digital visibility.
Marketing Operations
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing retail events across the APAC region.
- Coordinate logistics for product launches, pop-ups, influencer engagements, and retail marketing activations.
- Work with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
- Assist the Marketing team with conferences and marketing presentations, including preparation for the bi-annual Sales Cycle Meeting.
Requirements
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good project coordination and management skills
- Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms within the APAC market
- Well-presented with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
