Role Description

This role is responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, brand activation initiatives, and event coordination activities within the organization. The Marketing Events Manager / Brand Activation Manager / Event Assistant will assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, marketing activities, and brand engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and customer experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor communications, supporting marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring smooth event operations. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, assisting with budget coordination, maintaining event documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing objectives and brand consistency. In addition, the position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of event coordination, brand activation, and marketing campaign support

· Ability to assist in planning and executing promotional events and engagement activities

· Familiarity with marketing strategies, branding concepts, and customer engagement initiatives

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams

· Ability to manage event schedules, logistics, and operational coordination effectively

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing-related tools

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality event execution standards

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and branding objectives

· Familiarity with social media, promotional activities, and event marketing coordination

· Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support campaign performance tracking

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field

· Professional certifications related to marketing or event management are considered an advantage

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and deadlines
