Job Description

Job purpose:

You will be responsible for leading all assigned events and marketing initiativesfrom concept development to executionto support the company's marketing goals across Southeast Asia.

This includes delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes while aligning with the company's mission, values, and strategic priorities to maximize sales and brand visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the regional events calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage and collaborate with external vendors and service providers, maintaining cost control, prioritizing deliverables, and upholding brand consistency across all materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia to develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor project timelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets, including backup of creative materials.
  • Drive corporate branding and communications for events, including signage, promotional materials, and pre/post-event messaging.
  • Maintain and update event-related assets such as briefing decks, souvenirs, and marketing collateral, ensuring proper documentation for future use.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to meet individual, team, and departmental goals, sharing knowledge and supporting collective success.
  • Write, edit, and coordinate approvals for all assigned marketing content.
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Manager.

REQUIREMENT:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Marketing preferred).
  • 35 years of relevant experience in a B2B industry setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong creative flair.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and lead process improvements.
  • A proven team player with experience collaborating across functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • A self-starter with initiative, energy, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Prior experience with a digitally native vertical brand is an added advantage.
