Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans to drive business growth in Singapore.
Plan and execute in-person marketing programs, including technical seminars and trade show participation.
Execute global and Asia-Pacific digital marketing programs, including e-direct mail campaigns, webinars, advertising, and web promotions.
Support localization of marketing materials by modifying global webinar content, e-direct mail copy, and website content.
Align with the sales team to identify priority areas and address key growth opportunities.
Work with the event marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.
Monitor industry and competitor trends on a monthly basis and report insights to management.
Develop and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets.
Monitor and analyze the ROI and effectiveness of marketing programs, and incorporate improvement opportunities into future initiatives.
General Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in technical marketing, applications engineering, field engineering, or a related role within the test & measurement, semiconductor, communications, or high‑tech industry.
Understanding of electronic measurement, AI network, high-speed digital, semiconductor, or system‑level test technologies (depending on assigned business area).
Language skills: English Proficiency both in written and verbal
Understanding of integrated marketing and communication (IMC)
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused marketing messages and value propositions.
Hands‑on experience developing technical marketing assets, such as presentations, solution briefs, application notes, demo scripts, or white papers.
Experience supporting product demonstrations, customer briefings, seminars, webinars, and industry events.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams in a cross‑functional environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to technical customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Experience with digital marketing programs (e.g., webinars, e‑direct mail, web promotions) and familiarity with marketing performance metrics such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive timelines.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and execution quality.
Preferred Qualification
Spoken and written Chinese skills
Prior experience in wireline communications, high-speed digital or data center markets.
Experience working in a regional or APAC environment
Familiarity with competitive analysis, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy
