About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Engagement Manager to own and drive end-to-end engagement across physical and hybrid channels. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact events, onsite experiences, and marketing materials that directly contribute to pipeline growth, brand positioning, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute end-to-end events (conferences, roundtables, client dinners, webinars)
  • Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Drive onsite engagement strategies to maximize attendee experience and conversion

2. Marketing Materials & & Collateral

  • Develop high-quality marketing materials (pitch decks, brochures, event assets)
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all engagement touchpoints

3. Engagement & Growth

  • Design engagement strategies to convert leads into opportunities
  • Track and report ROI on events and engagement campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and BD teams to align on target audience and outcomes

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Compliance)
  • Manage external agencies, event partners, and production vendors

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in events, engagement, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Experience in fintech, payments, FMCG, or Web3 is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
