Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to drive Eden + Elie's marketing execution across digital channels, e-commerce, and retail partners.

This role will be a digital and on-store hybrid marketing role:

  • Digital marketing (70%) - own the systems, processes, and content that ensure the brand is consistently represented across Shopify, email, social media, and stockist channels.

  • Retail marketing for the store (30%) - work closely with the Brand Partnerships Executive to translate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and partnership activations into cohesive marketing plans that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.

The role reports directly to the Brand Owner.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Shopify Management

Shopify is the operational core of Eden + Elie's e-commerce business. The successful candidate must be fully fluent in the platform and able to work independently without training from day one.

  • Own the Shopify store end-to-end - including product listings, imagery, copy, merchandising, collection structure, and site navigation - with full independence and no requirement for platform onboarding.

  • Plan and manage product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics including conversion rate, average order value, traffic sources, and customer behaviour. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions.

  • Work with the Brand Owner to plan promotional mechanics, product launches, bundles, and seasonal campaigns across channels.

  • Proactively keep track of stock availability through Shopify to ensure correct product visibility and prioritise promotion of items with higher stock levels.

  • Update and refresh the website header and key landing pages on a monthly basis, ensuring visual assets are current, seasonal, and on-brand.

Visual Asset Creation & Management

  • Own the visual asset pipeline (including product photography) for all digital channels - briefing, reviewing, and approving assets produced by external photographers, videographers, and designers.

  • Create or adapt visual assets independently, using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent, for social media posts, website banners, email headers, and campaign graphics when external vendors are not engaged.

  • Maintain a working asset library that is organised, correctly sized per platform, and accessible to the wider team.

Always-On Social Media & Content

  • Own the content planning process across social media, email, website, and retail touchpoints.

  • Develop and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and partnership activations.

  • Write and edit marketing copy across channels, ensuring consistency with Eden + Elie's brand voice and storytelling approach.

  • Manage external photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators where required.

  • Track channel performance and recommend content improvements based on engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion data.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Plan and execute the email marketing programme, including newsletters, product launches, automated flows, and customer retention campaigns.

  • Maintain audience segmentation and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Track and report on key email performance metrics, including subscriber growth, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue contribution, for continual refinement and better resource allocation.

Stockist Marketing Support

  • Produce and deliver marketing support materials for stockists, including product information sheets, campaign assets, launch materials, and promotional toolkits.

  • Ensure all stockist-facing materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered in line with campaign timelines.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Executive, who owns the stockist relationship, to align retail marketing materials with broader campaigns and activations.

  • Monitor sell-through data and provide performance insights to support the Brand Partnerships Executive in stockist conversations.

Marketing Planning & Reporting

  • Own the annual marketing calendar and maintain visibility across launches, campaigns, activations, and key trading periods.

  • Develop clear marketing briefs, timelines, budgets, and reporting frameworks to ensure projects are executed consistently.

  • Provide a concise weekly update to the Brand Owner covering campaign performance, upcoming priorities, key risks, and recommendations.

  • Track and report on:

  • E-commerce revenue and conversion performance

  • Email marketing performance and revenue contribution

  • Social media growth and engagement

  • Campaign performance against agreed objectives

  • Continuously improve marketing systems, workflows, and documentation to ensure the team can scale efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, or a related role. Experience in lifestyle, retail, luxury, hospitality, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on Shopify experience. You must be able to manage the store independently from day one - merchandising, product management, promotions, and site updates.
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook, paid advertising, and AI-powered marketing tools, with the ability to independently execute campaigns and analyse performance data without training.
  • Comfortable working with visual asset tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent) to create or adapt on-brand assets for digital channels.
  • A strong writer who can adapt copy to different channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience planning and managing marketing calendars, campaigns, and content production processes.
  • Comfortable working with analytics and using data to inform decisions and prioritisation.
  • Highly organised and process-oriented - builds systems that create consistency, visibility, and accountability across multiple projects.
  • Enjoys working in a small team where ownership is broad and initiative is valued.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally comfortable working with external vendors, retail partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Connects with Eden + Elie's mission and can communicate it authentically across every customer and partner touchpoint.
  • Willing to provide occasional weekend and after-hours support for in-store activations, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.

Salary & Compensation

The salary range for this role is SGD 5,500 - 6,500 per month, commensurate with experience and capability.
