My client, a Singapore-based cutting-edge technology company specializing in autonomous cleaning robotics is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead global marketing efforts and elevate the brand to new heights. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across regions, ensuring the company stands out in a rapidly evolving competitive landscape.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with global growth objectives and enhances the company's position as a leader in autonomous cleaning robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global marketing strategy, driving alignment with commercial goals and regional priorities.
  • Champion the brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance across all channels and markets.
  • Lead competitor analysis and market intelligence to position the company as a category leader.
  • Define and execute brand development initiatives that elevate global presence and reputation.
  • Oversee external communications, including PR, thought leadership, events, and media relations.
  • Craft compelling messaging and storytelling that differentiates the company in the market.
  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns through digital, social, and performance marketing channels.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics to drive measurable ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Channel teams to launch new products and innovations effectively.
  • Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and market activation for product launches.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, nurturing creativity and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams (e.g., EMEA, APAC, NAM) to tailor and execute localized strategies.
  • Manage agency partners and vendor relationships to deliver impactful results efficiently.

Ideal Candidate

  • - Strong track record in B2B lead generation with clear ROI and CPL metrics
  • - Experience launching and marketing tech hardware products with solution selling
  • - Skilled in marketing automation, CRM workflows, and building data dashboards
  • - Strategic and hands-on: able to build and do with limited budget - stretch the dollar and hands on
  • - Familiar with lead gen automation and Agentic AI and tools to generate pipeline efficiently
  • - Strong collaborator with Sales, Product, and external agencies
  • - An eye for beauty knows what great design, copy, and branding look like
  • - Able to balance execution speed with brand excellence
  • - Proven ability to lead a small team of 10 including remote staff in Europe and the USA
