Job Description

Set performance objectives and guide career development of team members.
Develop and manage the marketing department budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
Evaluate agency partnerships and ensure cost-effective outsourcing.
Manage high-level communications, PR strategies, and crisis communication plans.
Serve as the company's brand ambassador at public events, media appearances, and industry forums.
