Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Set clear marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs to support revenue growth and brand positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies where applicable.
2. Brand & Corporate Communications
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Manage corporate communications, including company profile, website content, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Strengthen brand awareness and credibility in the HVAC, engineering, and construction sectors.
3. Digital & Online Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including website management, social media, and online advertising.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Oversee content creation for online platforms, including case studies, project highlights, and company updates.
4. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Work closely with management and sales teams to support business development initiatives
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads for commercial, industrial, and project-based clients.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships.
5. Tender & Proposal Support
- Oversee preparation of marketing content for tenders, proposals, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure proposals are professionally presented and aligned with client requirements and company strengths.
- Coordinate with project, technical, and operations teams to gather relevant information.
6. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to analyse competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market data and campaign performance.
- Track industry developments and emerging marketing trends relevant to the HVAC and engineering sector.
7. Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for management on marketing activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with a degree qualification, preferably in Engineering, Construction, or relateddisciplines.
- Proven strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities in marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, brand management, and corporate communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with seniorstakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
