Marketing Director

Job Description

MOLLY TEA is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to support the expansion of our brand and business operations in Singapore and the regional market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Lead negotiations and manage key commercial relationships

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business growth

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence

• Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and management to execute growth plans

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements

• Monitor performance of business initiatives and report to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in F&B, retail, franchise expansion, or brand development will be an advantage

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
