Marketing Director

Job Description & Requirements

1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support the company's business growth across Singapore and regional markets.

2. Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

3. Plan and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media and offline platforms to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

4. Oversee the development of marketing content and communications across various platforms including websites, digital channels and marketing materials.

5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics to generate data-driven insights and optimize return on investment (ROI).

6. Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external partners including agencies, media partners and other stakeholders.

7. Lead public relations initiatives and support internal and external communications when required.

8. Evaluate customer experience across different touch points and recommend improvements to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.

2. At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing, brand management or integrated marketing.

3. Experience working in a regional or international business environment is preferred.

4. Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple markets will be an advantage.

5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies.

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
