Marketing Director
Job Responsibilities
. Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plans
. Expand market presence and partnership channels in Mainland China and Singapore, with a strong focus on the China market
. Lead brand building, digital marketing, and social media operations across multiple platforms
. Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to formulate sustainable market growth strategies
. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and brand equity
. Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
. Conduct long-term market research and on-the-ground market inspections in Mainland China
. Represent the company in key industry events, partner meetings, and strategic discussions in China
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
. Proven experience in senior marketing or marketing leadership roles
. Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, and social media ecosystems
. Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
. Willing and able to travel frequently to Mainland China, including extended periods of domestic market visits and research
. Deep understanding of the China market, with established local business networks and industry connections
. Strong execution capability, strategic thinking, market insight, and a business-driven mindset
