Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Intern to optimize our marketing engine by managing inbound leads, maintaining database integrity, and supporting daily marketing operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills in Marketing Analytics, RevOps, or Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Review, categorize, and clean incoming and historical marketing leads to ensure accurate routing to appropriate sales channels
- Conduct regular audits of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to remove duplicates, correct formatting, and update missing contact information
- Develop dashboards or spreadsheets that track lead conversion rates and campaign performance to inform marketing strategies
- Perform ad-hoc market research on target industries and competitors to enhance lead data quality and relevance
- Provide administrative support including preparing marketing documentation, taking meeting notes, and assisting with scheduling
- Collaborate with supervisors to support special projects or initiatives that contribute to Sekuro's marketing objectives and business growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, complex formulas, and data modeling
- Familiarity with CRM architectures such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365, and understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-volume administrative tasks with precision and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and deliver actionable insights to the marketing team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive internal data discreetly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
