- Travel Operations
- Handle travel enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices.
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, tours, activities, and transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers, travel partners, and customers to ensure accurate arrangements.
- Monitor booking status, handle amendments, and resolve travel-related issues.
- Ensure all travel documents and customer details are complete and accurate.
- Customer Service
- Provide clear product information and travel guidelines to customers.
- Support customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Handle basic customer complaints or escalations professionally.
- Marketing
- Create simple posts, captions, and travel package highlights for social media.
- Upload, schedule, and manage daily/weekly content on company platforms.
- Assist in replying to enquiries or comments from social channels.
- Monitor popular destinations or trending travel content to support posting ideas.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure package information is accurate before posting.
- Cold Calling
- Conduct outbound cold calls to promote travel packages and seasonal deals.
- Follow up with warm leads from social media, campaigns, or enquiries.
- Maintain and update lead lists, call logs, and customer information.
- Introduce travel products, provide package explanations, and support sales conversion.
- Assist in preparing proposals, collecting deposits, and coordinating booking forms.
- Administrative Tasks
- Update internal systems, records, and reports.
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
- Support documents input etc quotation, invoice, and email respond
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or sales.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with cold calling and basic sales activities.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Experience in social media management
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of reservation/GDS systems is a must.
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
