We are seeking a Creative Designer with a strong grounding in marketing and business acumen to support the development of high-impact content and visual communications. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and creative execution, with a focus on translating marketing objectives into compelling and effective designs.
The ideal candidate is proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, design and is able to contribute meaningfully to content strategy while maintaining strong visual standards.
1. Content Marketing & AI Design
Translate marketing objectives into visually compelling and results-driven creative outputs
Leverage AI tools for ideation, conceptualisation, and design optimisation
Support campaign development through data-informed and trend-relevant creative approaches
2. Creative Conceptualisation
Develop creative concepts, storytelling frameworks, and visual directions
Ensure alignment with brand identity and overall marketing strategy
Continuously explore new formats, tools, and creative approaches
3. Content Creation & Execution
Design marketing assets including social media creatives, thumbnails, and campaign materials
Maintain consistency in visual quality and brand representation across all deliverables
Strong awareness of TikTok trends and short-form content styles
Creative, playful, and full of fresh ideas
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to experiment
Comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone for content creation
Positive attitude, fast learner, and eager to grow
Junior candidates are welcome - attitude matters more than experience
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
