RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide general support to Marketing Department on overall local & export documentations and delivery arrangements.
- Attend to local & export sales enquiries
- Generate sales order, delivery orders and invoices
- Acknowledge customer PO, liaising with local & export customers for delivery of goods
- Processing phone sales order from local & export customers
- Coordinate with Production Manager for availability & delivery date
- To support and ensure all orders are fulfilled for customer at right quantities and right time
- Preparation of local & export delivery documentations
- Updating of sales order control record
- Waste scrap, disposal and collection arrangement
- Preparation of end month reports for local sales, export sales & outstanding orders
- Sending and follow up sample and color folder to customers
- Handling customers complaint, and prepare complaint summary in monthly basis
- Preparing and checking of all shipping documentations to ensure that they are complete & comply with export rules and regulations
- Booking of cargo space & places insurance for shipments
- Liaising with customers, forwarders and transporter, etc to coordinate and ensure timely delivery, shipment and collection of goods
- Preparation of import & customs declaration for exports to overseas country
- Preparation of all banking documents for negotiation under letter of credit
- Other administrative roles for example filing, recording and etc as requested by the Marketing team
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year in marketing documentation / administration work
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially with Excel
