Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs aimed at driving customer acquisition, expansion, and pipeline growth. Programs include Splunk-led events, regional sponsorships, executive engagements, C-level thought leadership, hands-on workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Asia cross-functional marketing teams to align marketing execution with under the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.
- Work closely with the Demand Generation (Digital Sales) team to ensure the operational process are working optimally to drive conversion of marketing leads to Marketing Converted Pipeline (MCP).
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Support the reporting of Asia metrics related to pipeline growth, executive engagement and lead generation.
- Regularly communicate marketing results and impact to key stakeholders within Asia and APJC marketing based on the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.
Marketing Investments:
- Support Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia to track and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are prioritized for maximum impact.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience in ASEAN and/or NORTH Asia
- Experience with B2B software marketing environment with demonstrable success is advantageous.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work independently with cross-functional teams in APJC to achieve successful field marketing outcomes.
- Prior project management skills with attention to detail for B2B events and campaigns in ASEAN and/or NORTH Asia
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is advantageous
Additional Information:
- Contract Duration: 3-6 months
- Salary: $7K - $7.5K
