Caudalie Travel Retail is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator APAC to join our team!

The Marketing Coordinator APAC will support to drive brand visibility and activation across Greater China and SEAO, ensuring seamless coordination of marketing campaigns and operational tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role

MARKETING ACTIVATION SUPPORT

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across APAC Travel Retail.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and retailers to ensure timely execution of activations.
  • Manage marketing assets (visuals, POS materials, testers, gifts) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage all new store openings in airports, coordinating closely with coordinating closely with key project stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Organize events such as TFWA and Travel Retail seminars in collaboration with the sales team.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly reports on activations and provide actionable insights.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Track marketing budgets and expenses (quotes, invoices, validation).
  • Maintain and update marketing tracking files (campaign calendars, POS lists, etc.).

Key requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 23 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty industry.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Contract type : Local contract - permanent or VIE program (International Volunteering in Business).
